Description
These extra-long Spätle egg noodles, called "Hofbauer" (Shepherd) are favored in Swabian and Black Forest areas of Baden Wuerttemberg. This 5 kg (10lbs) pack is ideal for restaurants and caters serving a large number of meals.
Cooking time 15-18 minutes. Ingredients: Semolina flour, eggs (20%). Cook and chill.
