One of our favorite soups when traveling in Germany. Tasty season both with small dumplings. I like to add addition vegetables like fresh peas, carrots, celery along with some shredded chicken to make it more of a “meal soup”. Serve it with some crusty bread and butter or keep it lite for lunch!
