This organic German sunflower seed extract is a nutritious, protein-rich base to to make meatless  "bolognese," "sloppy joe" or hamburgers. A perfect substitute for ground meat. 

The nutty, umami flavor und crumbly texture of this dried sunflower seed "hash" comes really close to ground meat flavor and mouthfeel.  Even better, it contains all the good nutrients, such as protein, fiber, and minerals you find in organic sunflower seeds.

The mince is easy to prepare: simply soak the textured crumbles in 1/2 cup of vegetable broth or water, and then fry in a little olive oil until browned. Add tomato sauce or other types of sauces to make a Bolognese.
