Description
This original German "Pommes Frites" (french fry) sauce is an ideal compliment to authentic Belgian or German fries. Thick enough to dip in the fries and enjoy a tangy, herbal remoulade, refined by a bit of brand and leek powder. Some Belgian fries aficionado serve both this rmayo/remoulade sauce and ketchup ... a truly white/red harmony.
