When you add FRAGILE products (marshmallow kisses, liquor pralines) to your order, we will do our best to make sure the product won't crush or melt during transport. We use temperature-shield wraps and ice packs to keep the cold in and the heat out.

Please note that we don't use dry ice as it is considered a hazardous material by some mail carriers. Neither do we want to use styrofoam boxes due to their negative environmental impact. Both of these packing materials would also significantly increase your shipping costs.
