Dr. Oetker's "Torten Creme" (Cream Cheese Filling) is an essential tool to make cream-filled tortes and a marvelous shortcut to make Germany's authentic "Käse Sahne Torte" (Cheese & Cream Cake) from scratch. You'll always get perfect results. Simply add the powder to 500ml (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, 200ml water. This will stabilize the whipping cream which can then be added to Greek yogurt or quark (if available) to make the Torte.
