Not "Westphalia" style, but good.
I should have paid more attention when ordering. I was trying to purchase two-ingredient, Westphalia style pumpernickel. This tastes like a very aggressive sourdough, which I like, but it's also quite high in sodium because of all the added salt. Texture is fantastic and the texture of the rye grain is very nice.

This in my favorite. I love pumpernickel and this one is terrific. Wholesome goodness that is great with cold cuts, egg on top or just the way it is. Very healthy and nutritious as well. 5 stars!
