When you add CHOCO products (chocolates and chocolate cookies) to your order, we will do our best to make sure the product won't melt during transport. We use temperature-shield wraps and ice packs to keep the cold in and the heat out.

Please note that we don't use dry ice as it is considered a hazardous material by some mail carriers. Neither do we want to use styrofoam boxes due to their negative environmental impact. Both of these packing materials would also significantly increase your shipping costs.
