These are made by Piller's Black Kassel, based in Waterloo, Ontario, a meat company with origins in Germany. The curing and smoking of the salami is based on traditional German and European craftsmanship.
The salami whips are free of all major allergens (no milk, eggs, shellfish, treee nuts, peanuts, wheat or soybeans), no refrigeration needed and with long shelf life.
