Leberkaese is a Bavarian meat specialty made from finely chopped pork and veal and blended with natural spices. Either served as sliced meat in a roll or as thinly sliced cold cut. The meat is a merger of cooked ham and bologna.  Use as topping for whole grain bread, add sliced onions and hot German mustard. Serve with a jug of cool Bavarian beer. A unique product for fans of German sausages and cold cuts.
