Carstens is one of the original Lübecker marzipan factories, producing high quality marzipan (ground almonds with sugar and rosewater). This bar of Lübeck marzipan is infused with orange licquor (Grand Marnier-style) and enrobed in fine dark chocolate. Goes great with a cup of espresso or hot chocolate.
