A convenient way to serve fresh fruit tarts in spring and summer. Simply top the tortelets with a few pieces of Kiwi, add chocolate sprinkles and serve. Or use slices of tangerines or clementines, with a shot of brandy. How about lingonberries and vanilla pudding, or grapes with whipped cream? Use any fresh or canned fruits, place them onto the tortelets add some cream of chocolate and ... voila, a fantastic, nutritious dessert.
Other combination ideas: pineapple slices in the shape of the sun with rum or kahlua; Juicy grapes with whipped cream and a dusting of finely ground coffee; strawberries and black berries, marinated in grappa.
